With more than 30 years of collective experience in both government and private sector leadership and training roles, we’ve worked with dozens of leaders who grapple with complex projects and change management.
We first worked together in 2007 during an ambitious project to replace the eligibility case management system at a State Health and Human Services Agency. Together, we introduced Agile project management to the agency and successfully led efforts to align automation with the operational redesign for the "least expensive and quickest" project of its kind.
We partnered again in 2013 when Idaho was the first state to transition from the Federal to a State-based Exchange under the Affordable Care Act, a project that required innovative leadership and problem-solving and was successful despite considerable technical, organizational, and political roadblocks.
And the rest, as they say, is history.
We made the leap to establish Conduo in 2017, so that we could bring what we had learned in our journeys as leaders and project managers to help others navigate change-resistant cultures, seemingly impossible project timelines, and problems that felt unsolvable.
